Initial Consultation: Meet and greet to discuss your vision, style, budget and timelines.

Venue Selection: (if needed) Research and recommend venues, arrange site visits and negotiate contracts.

Budget Management: Create and maintain a detailed budget & track expenses and payments

Vendor Coordination: Research and recommend suppliers e.g. florists, entertainment, stylists.

Design & Style: Create a mood board for your day, and recommend stylists and vendors to bring the designs and ideas to life.

Guest Management: Arrange RSVPs, Dietary requirements and transport

Menu Planning: Coordinate menu tastings & finalise menu selections

Investment : 10% of your wedding budget, with a minimum investment of £3,500

We’ll then arrange a complimentary video call so we can get to know each other better. After our conversation, I’ll provide you with a customized proposal and quote. If you decide to move forward, a contract will follow.

My team and I will work closely with you to kick off the planning process and create your vision boards. We’ll research and recommend suppliers who match your style, vision, and values. Whether through in-person meetings or online sessions, I’ll keep you updated with folders and concept documents. This way, you can easily track your budget and monitor the progress of your planning.

Let’s Fine Tune

As your special day approaches, you’ll receive a detailed schedule, and all your suppliers will be briefed. On the wedding day, my team and I will manage and coordinate all logistics seamlessly, allowing you to fully enjoy every magical moment without any stress.

Once the big day arrives, it’s time to celebrate! From the first toast to the first dance, we’ll be there to ensure everything goes off without a hitch.
