Our Month Of Coordination Package Includes but not limited to:

After an initial Zoom consultation and personalized proposal, we’ll have another call 4 before the wedding to review your plans. I’m flexible and here to help with whatever you need on your special day.

Includes:

Reconfirming the venue and suppliers via telephone a couple of weeks in advance
Coordination of all your suppliers and agreeing a schedule with them
Overseeing the design and set up on the day
Assistance with venue and table decoration, according to your vision
Finalising the timeline for your day
Ensuring the day is on track and is going as per the arranged schedule
Full assistance to you as a couple on the day up until the first dance
Project managing on the day to ensure everything goes as planned

Investment : Fixed Fee which depends on the scale, complexity and length of your wedding

Step 1

Let’s Connect

With my ‘On-the-Day Coordination,’ everything kicks off with a details document that you fill out. This step is key for me because it helps me fully grasp your vision and understand every aspect of your big day, including your vendors, set up etc. Plus, it’s a chance for you to see all your ideas laid out and make sure they match your dream. During this stage, I often suggest ideas you might not have considered and reach out to all your suppliers to introduce myself.

Step 2

Let’s Begin – 1 month prior

One month before your wedding, I officially kick off my On-the-Day Coordination service.

We’ll set up a site visit and have an in-depth meeting to go over every detail of your day. This helps me craft a precise timeline and logistics document, making sure nothing slips through the cracks.

From that point until your big day, I’m on it—working behind the scenes to make sure every detail is covered.

Let’s Bring you Day to Life

When it reaches your wedding day, I’ll be there to ensure your day goes to plan. We’ll make sure the set up of your day is exactly how you envisioned, that your vendors are in all the right places and that your guests are truly amazed when they walk in. We’ll guide your guests throughout the day and be there until the first dance to ensure everything is perfect for you.
